A Purpose-Driven Leader
Chantal Brine is a thought leader on living with purpose. She follows a simple yet powerful mantra while pursuing what makes her happy: “Life is too short to do something that you are not passionate about.”

Chantal’s interest in the psychology behind human interaction is what brought her to Saint Mary’s University from Bermuda, where she focused on Psychology and Human Resources. Following graduation, she made Nova Scotia her home and began supporting leaders- including female business owners- in the private and public sector as a Consultant. This work led to her role with North American technology company, Unique Solutions Design Ltd., where she led the development and execution of their human capital strategy.
In 2018, Chantal Brine founded her own start-up En Point, with a goal of helping 1,000,000 individuals through the power of mentorship. En Point helps organizations create and maintain high-impact mentorship programs with consultations and through their online mentorship platform.
Builder of People and Businesses
Chantal is a builder- of people and businesses. In particular, she is passionate about building and working with young professionals and women. She thrives on helping business leaders and entrepreneurs grow their business. At the heart of her work is the belief that when people can connect their purpose and passion to making a living, they are more productive, motivated community members and leaders.

Workshop Facilitator & Events Moderator
Alongside Chantal's speaking experience, she also frequently leads and facilitates workshops dedicated to helping attendees uncover their career paths. Under EnPoint's Career Kickstarter model, Chantal leads participants on how they can discovering their "why" in pursuit of a career and identifying their "Ideal Career Targets". These workshops allow participants to build their pathway and identify the steps towards a purpose driven and passion fueled career.
Chantal's experience also extends to moderating & hosting panels discussions and other speaking events. Currently she is the lead moderator for Magnet's Building Future Ready Communities: The Virtual Tour . Where she facilitates the discussion with leaders around Canada on their personal experiences and advice on what it takes to build future-ready talent and communities now.

Awards
Chantal was selected as one of 12 (out of 150) to participate in Women of Influence’s What’s Next program, created in partnership with Cisco and the Business Development Bank of Canada to support promising female entrepreneurs in navigating COVID-19.
