Mentorship Training for mentees and mentors!
Our training is designed so you leave nothing to chance. Ensuring mentors and mentees are aligned in their objectives, roles, and responsibilities is paramount to successful engagement and valuable outcomes to help your mentors and mentees make the most of their relationship. Mentoring relationships are significantly more effective when mentors are trained. One study showed a 60% success rate when mentors are trained, compared to only 30% when neither mentor nor mentee receives training. When both are trained and supported, the success rate jumps to 91%.
