Beginning in 2024, EnPoint has collaborated with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency to develop a mentorship program that is uniquely for women apprentices. August 2025 the program was officially launched! This program is designed to support the retention and progression to certification of women apprentices in the 39 Red Seal Construction or Manufacturing trades. The program pairs women apprentices with experienced tradespeople to provide guidance, career development, and support throughout their apprenticeship journey.

The program will run for 6 months, with the mentor and mentee participating in 4-6 meetings during that time. On-demand mentorship training and tips on how to get the most out of the relationship will be provided.
