Why do you think mentorship matters in 2023?
Mentorship matters! It has been crucial in my own professional development and has had great impact on my career growth. As an entrepreneur, mentors have played a critical role in helping me find the right path for myself and for what I'm trying to create in the world. Finding mentors who are inspiring leaders and great people has been key - this gave me something to emulate and something to aim for whole I was still finding my own footing and settling into how I wanted to be as a leader and creator in the world. I am so grateful to all the mentors - past and present - who have contributed to my growth and development.
